I love this mod. I don't like things cluttering up my screen. The less of the hud I see, the happier I am. Thank you so much for this!

    Works for 4.04!
Kind of weird that this kind of bug hasn't been fixed yet.

I was having a bug where I had this effect 100% of the time even at full health and no matter what I tried to get rid of it. THANK YOU FOR THIS !

Dude me too! It started after I fought a boss and then went immediately into a cutscene. The strange part... I ended the battle with FULL health. I dunno... I never wanted to install this mod I just got sick of seeing that dang red blood border.

Hi, and thank you for this mod. I really like the idea.

That being said, I am wondering, why do this mod edit a script while all other similar mods (No Dirty Lens Effect, No Mud Screen Effect from Water Hags, No Glare Effect, No Water Droplets on Screen, Toxicity Clean Screen) simply replace the texture with a fully transparent one?

Is this blood on screen effect built differently?

I'm asking because I try as much as I can to avoid mods editing scripts and, if this effect isn't working differently than the others, I think simply replacing the texture with a fully transparent one would be a more "secure" and simple way to achieve the goal of this mod.

    What do you think?

I'm also not totally sure about what I'm gonna say now (I just started modding the game so I'm not aware of everything) but it looks to me that you kept the full unpacked folders and files structure instead of "packing" the whole thing like most other modders seem to do. If that is the case, it probably works exactly the same, but "packing" the mod would probably be a "cleaner" solution.

I couldn't find the texture for this effect. So I had to use a script. And you don't pack script mods, you're supposed to keep them unpacked.

Ah OK, I get it. I will maybe look by myself if I can find that texture then.

Thank you for the quick answer and the precision!
