It seems to be working for me in the Next Gen game - at least I haven't got any script errors and the game runs. I'll have to try to play for a few hours to see if there's any issues, but so far it looks ok. Used the mod for the Vanilla game and for Vanilla Toussaint.
I have aside from this mod only Fera's Roach Overhaul and MoreXP installed, so not sure if you won't get script issues if you have multiple other mods. Hope this helps at the moment, but will update my reply in case I encounter any issues later in the game.
This mod is the main reason that I replayed the game several times. Now the NG Update is about to be released, and I really hope to see an Update of this mod for the NG Version.

it does on me, it was raining when i saved it then i installed this and when i loaded its still raining then i meditated for a day and it never rained again - already playing for two hours now with this mod
Thank you very much for this mod, it works all fine with Steam 1.32 GOTY. I have enough rain and ugly weather in real life to see the same s*** all the time in fantasy world. Thx a lot for making this modification!
I understand you perfectly well - especially where I live it was super rainy and cold (for the season) in the past few weeks, so I've started another playthrough of TW3 and guess what I got - it rained 75% of the time in my game as well. Then I finally get to Toussaint thinking I'll not see that stupid rain again in that region for a long time. Nope... A storm and rain started right away after getting to Corvo Bianco... I was p***ed as hell... Super happy I've found this mod now - immediately going to install it.

Is possible to make another file where we have rain, BUT less often ?
Or different weather, like in Fallout 4 mod ?
I'm actually looking for minimal rain only but not totally removing it.
