  It seems you need to remove the period in the folder name. I removed it and the mod worked.

I use it on the 1.31 GoG. The file for 1.22 don't work, but the file for 1.0 did.

For anyone using the 1.22 version (newest) and finding it doesn't change her clothes, try the older version. It worked for me. They probably patched something in 1.22 which changed back meaning the old version works.
