Ill try to update the mod to the newest SMAPI(2.7) version soon. If i havent done it till 26.09.2018 ill upload the source so someone else can do it if he wants. Ill return at mid October to update it if no one did it till then.

Information:
Adds an overlay to the left side of your window which tracks the npc relations you have chosen in the config file.
List of Npc names:

If you use the ExperienceBar mod change the "RenderOffSetY" in the config to 240!

How to change the toggle key - >V<
Locate the key you want, eg. the key Z.
Go to the link below and search for it, Z would be 90.
Locate the config and change the current 86 to and 90 and restart the game.

Explanation:
Leah - 66 of 250 - 3 hearts - 2 of 2
- Leah = name of npc
- 66 of 250 = amount needed to get the next heart
- 3 hearts = current hearts
- 2 of 2= gifts this week
