   I highly suggest using the new .modinfo files, would make it easier for people to install the pack.

      Thanks! Gonna grab this, big whovian :3. Thinking about whovian items cause I want to add SOMETHING to my Silly Items mod for it, and I think I'm gonna make "The Hand" a reference to the hand that he carried around for what seems like ever.

   Thanks for putting this on here! With the Starbound forums being so congested right now its nearly impossible for me to get the file!
