The install guide does not work with multiple versions and with the new boot file. I have tried to enter the reference line under both " "assetSources" : [" and " "modSource" : "../giraffe_storage/mods/"," I have tried both and either, and conformed to the format. Nothing works.
Some clarification or update appears to be needed.
I love the mod, although I've yet to use it much. It's a very nice idea, adding new hairstyles to spruce up players more.
There's just one problem I had, and it's that the mod hasn't been updated for recent versions (Chucklefish recently added charGenTextLabels and racial skulls to the game, but your .species files don't have them. Secondly, no modinfo, so I don't know if servers will load it for users. Lastly, racial flag blueprints aren't given to new players under this mod). So I went and updated it myself.
Credit to Patchwork536 for their original content, and if they want to incorporate this as an update for their mod, they are free to do so!
if possible can you make a vid to show some of us how to install it while we have already mods installed and one without other mods installed or make it into one vid if possible also it looks great
I installed everything according to the instructions but somehow it doesn't work, or to be more precise, the "supposed" new hair textures show up as "bald" in my characters
I don't know, I have no other return, if someone else try and give me feedback, perhaps I can help. Because, for now, I don't have any problems on my own game.
I got it to work now, I think... Basically I downloaded another hair mod, installed it, tested to see if it worked (which it did) and tried this one again but this time, it wouldn't show up at all, like it didn't even existed. So I removed the "working" mod, installed this one again and it finally worked. Strange happenings... but at least now its ok.

(i found this out by chanse after trying to get a nother mod to work and it said put in assets and did not work)

Basically I downloaded another hair mod, installed it, tested to see if it worked (which it did) and tried this one again but this time, it wouldn't show up at all, like it didn't even existed.
