Here you go, I have made a small replacer plugin (requires the meshes from the main file, can be used with the main plugin). Vanilla helmets are now crown helmets (the ones that are made, at least) and have their stats unchanged.

the replacer changes your stats marginally, is there a specific reason why?

edit: it overwrote morrowloot for some reason.

when i go to craft the iron crown, it is invisible. i dont know if i did something wrong or it is a bug. any help would be appreciated :)

  I second this. I'd really love hide, scale, and leather crowns - or maybe more reasonably "headbands" in those cases.
