Version 1.02 is up (see the Changes tab). I finally figured out what causes the save sorting bug and fixed it. It is safe to update on an existing save, but make sure you are NOT inside any of the interiors added by this mod when you update.
Be carefull with cities/ town/ villages, Fallrim is efficient but not perfect, I get troubles in the past, trying to clean a save after deleting a small cottage.
I've added a compatibility patch for JK's Skyrim which fixes a clipping balcony behind the Greathall. The area is fully navmeshed. The patch is a Miscellaneous File on the JK's Skyrim mod page. All credit to YsCordelan for GSV. Cheers.
just in case anyone still wonders about this, The clue is in the Master's list of the patch's plugin. The full version's plugin is named Skaal Village.esp while the lite version's is called Skaal Village - Compatibility Version.esp
The patch has Skaal Village.esp listed as it's master, therefore it requires the full version. My guess is, the lite version does not need a patch...
After completing the quest "At the Summit of Apocrypha" and killing Miraak , I read the Black Book: Waking Dreams to exit Apocrypha and I get a CTD. I disabled this mod and I was able to exit Apocrypha and return to the Skaal village. I had no problems before the quest "At the Summit of Apocrypha".

I disabled this mod and I was able to exit Apocrypha and return to the Skaal village. I had no problems before the quest "At the Summit of Apocrypha".
