    Question:

How can i REPLACE ALL VANILLA HELMETS that have a Circelet here with these Circelets?
So that there will no ugly Iron or Steel helm on Bandits etc anymore?
anyone knows how to do that?
ofc i wana do it myself, but i dont even know where to start >-<

You could use Base Object Swapper for this :)

      1) Make a .txt file with notepad or similar and rename the extension to .ini and give it a file name like "JS Armored Circlets Replacer_SWAP.ini". Make sure this file is in your /data/ folder.
      2) Write in file the following:
      [Forms]
      0xXXXXX~Skyrim.esm|0xXXXXX~JS Armored Circlets SE.esp

Green = this needs to be the vanilla formID, so if you want to replace an Iron Helmet you would need the formID (it's on the page or you can use the Creation Kit or xEdit to find it) In this case, the formID is 00012E4D you don't need the zeros, so you would just replace XXXXX with 12E4D so it becomes 0x12E4D~Skyrim.esm

Red = this needs to be the formID of the Circlet from my mod. So using the same process as above, get the formID and replace the XXXXX. You will need to use the Creation Kit or xEdit to get the formID.

Once you have done this, save and when you go in-game, the items should be replaced. You will need to make a new line in the file for every item you wish to replace.

      Hope that helps :)

+1. Not sure if any other DLC armor types are already included in this mod but if not those would be great too, only if you have the time though.

So, how about that mage version?  Would love this as a replacer or simple addition to the pool.

Hey John, are these supposed to overwrite the vanilla circlets, or are these just a separate version and can only be smithed or purchased from a specified vendor? Id love to have a version that spreads these around so you can find them throughout Skyrim when looting.. Is that a possible option in the future?

They are standalone and already in levelled lists

Ok, so I have CCOR and the flawless gems and new gemstones dont seem to work with this mod. I have seen the circlets in my inventory, so they are being dispersed, but nothing with the amber, peridot, aquamarine stones...ect

This mod would benefit hugely from those stones in my opinion, thoughts?

It's made with vanilla in mind, not third party mods. Sorry!

Thank you for your mod and for your continued support. I appreciate your time and effort.

If its not too much to ask, could we also have a patch for no levelled list distribution? I'm using a wabbajack modlist and don't want to mess up the author's integration and balancing work.

If you'd prefer not to, which it absolutely ok, is it safe for me to remove 'Leveled Item' changes in xedit?

just to follow up with the question: If I am using Open World Loot, should we use the remove level list too or just leave it like that?
I want to see circlets appears in loot but dont want to mess up with OWL level list.

      Thanks for your time!

I don't know how that mod functions but if you don't use the levelled list from this, I can't imagine they would show up in the world. I simply don't know without looking at it
