Investment Price Config provides a mod configuration menu (MCM) for adjusting the price of investments on the fly. You can change the price for land and property purchase, home improvements and furnishings, carriage and bard hires, horses and farm animals, building materials, and mercenary followers.

Preset management
Preset settings can be saved to disk and loaded at a later time, or in another save. This feature requires FISS.

Requirements
Investment Price Config requires Hearthfire DLC (included with Skyrim Legendary Edition) and SkyUI.

If you would like to make use of the preset management feature, you must also install FISS. Load Investment Price Config.esp after FISS.esp.

Compatibility
Investment Price Config should be compatible with just about everything, since it mainly uses scripts to change investment prices.

Investment Price Config is fully compatible with the new mercenary followers added by Inconsequential NPCs. The dialogue will recognize that you have changed the hire price and deduct the correct amount of gold from your inventory.

You should be able to use TES5Edit to merge Investment Price Config with most other plugins without issues. You will need the Merge Plugins xEdit Script. Please familiarize yourself with this process so you know what you are doing. I take no responsibility for you handling this incorrectly.

Investment Price Config is provided in English only, but is set up for localization. Let me know if you would like to make a translation.

Installation
To install, I recommend using Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager. To install manually, extract the contents of the 7z file into your Skyrim/Data folder.

If you are using other mods that utilize FISS, you may notice that Investment Price Config is overwriting the files FISSFactory.pex and FISSInterface.pex. It is completely safe to overwrite, since the files included with Investment Price Config should be identical.

In order to uninstall, you must first set the Adjust Prices slider to 1.0. This is necessary to revert all investment prices to their default values. Simply removing the mod files is not enough because of the way Skyrim handles storing these values in the save game. If you don't bother reading instructions and fuck this up, you can simply reinstall the mod and go from there.

You do not need to do anything special to upgrade to a new version of Investment Price Config. Simply remove the mod files of the old version using your mod management tool or manual method, then install the new version.

Other Thoughts
The idea for Investment Price Config was based on Expensive Investments by Grieche, which is a much older mod and is no longer being maintained. Investment Price Config uses an up-to-date, safe and user-friendly approach.
