****Final version, and I will always support it. This mixes the look and feel of both "Tetrachromatic ENB" and the "Crysis" game series, with my own personal touch.

UPDATED, READ THIS TO KNOW ABOUT THE SECOND FEATURE

You have to options in-game. If you press Shift+Enter, it will bring up the ENB config menu. Under the "Environment" category, you can either leave the "Ignore Weather" option off, or turn it on. Leaving it off, will let you experience the wide variety of atmospheres and moods, as well as different "feels" for different areas of Skyrim. It will offer a more diverse variety of colors and visuals that ill make your eyes go "mmmm." If you check the box, and turn "Ignore Weather" on, you will essentially have a Skyrim that looks great, but has little variety in terms of atmospherics and visuals, and immersion.

I am running this with an i5 4690k CPU, and a Gigabyte R9 380x. I usually get 55+ fps, hit 60+ a lot, rarely dips below 40-45 near areas with water and heavy detail and a lot of things to render. I am also running 1k/2k/4k textures and high poly meshes.

Go and download Tetrachromatic ENB -(VIVID WEATHER'S VERSION)-and follow it's very quick, very simple, instructions. If it takes you more than a couple minutes, learn to computer better.
Note: You may not actually need to download the original ENB. Just download my version. If that doesn't work, then download Tetra first, then mine.

After that, download this mod, and extract and overwrite into your Skyrim directory. Your Skyrim folder, NOT the Data folder. OVERWRITE EVERYTHING.
Be sure to change the "enblocal.ini" to fit your computer's specifications.

Tetrachromatic ENB (link above), Vivid Weathers, ELE. I don't think use any other lighting mod. I think I've used ELFX with this as well, try with and without if you want, it's another great addition. I did switch to RLO and I think it either look great. You'll have to go to the images tab and look at the 5 new screenshots titled "With RLO" to see the RLO look, more will maybe come soon. I prefer RLO with my ENB now.
