- better navmesh cleaning with the latest version of TES5Edit
- moved some lights so they more closely conform to their sources
- reduced the radius and intensity of some brazier lights to cut down on mesh flickering and other lighting issues
- increased guard wander radius slightly to better cover the ends of the Skyway
- altered the havoc behavior for many food and clutter items to reduce physics explosions when the cells load
- added some collision markers to attempt to prevent NPC falling deaths due to poor loading of ground statics
- added a vendor that will offer drinks and sweets for your elevated fine dining

landscaped the western entrance to the skyway with some additional rocks and trees to make it look less barren
adjusted guard patrol starts, paths, timings, idles, and stop points in an attempt to make the guards more spread out and less clustered in the main section of the skyway
