Installation instructions: Manuel only.
Extract the desired files or file from the 7z folder and place the file or files in your Skyrim data folder. Tic the .esp files or file in your Skyrim plugin or Data Tab. Voila!
Or....use NMM and use the add mod from file button. Activate the desired .esps and Voila again!

The files are my collection of empty houses in one file. To see the details of each home, check the description on the Description page and click on the links provided for each one.
