Version v2.2: New feature for Bound Weapons has been installed so now Bound Weapons will gain more damage from your Conjuration skill levels. Please note this feature DOES NOT work for modded bound weapons or armor items, feel free to request a patch and I will make one as soon as I can.
Compatibility Sticky Post: If you are using a mod which adds new spells to the game such as Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim Please note that as long as spells from these mods have a half cost perks in them and are not editing same perks as this mod they WILL be compatible without issues. If however you are using a Perk Overhaul such as Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim there will be conflicts and will require a compatibility patch.
this is soft compatible with vokrii it only replaces the novice perks the others ain't present so instead of reducing magicka cost of all spell from vokrii it enable the spells to scale instead
I appreciate the simplicity, no gimmicks like balanced magic. On the other hand its a bit on the imbalanced side i'm doing insane damage with my advanced spells for almost no cost.
i think its not imbalanced.why? because when you consider that at maximum enchanting level you can enchant 3 items with a fortify ;say;onehanded by 40% for a total of 120% increased damage if you wear all of them, then at max level destruction doing 100% more damage(as this mod allows) isnt overpowered; especially since unlike the other combat skills vannila destruction doesnt get increased power through perks or level.i think this mod lets magic compete with the other combat methods rather than making it overpowered.
maybe you could make this mod or make a separate mod increase the power of staffs, because in my opinion if you use this mod the destruction staffs for instance are comparatively underpowered, at least when a characters level in a spell school like destruction for instance is high
Hi, this mod is included in Nexus Skyrim Overhaul (now removed from nexus) which contains hundreds of mods. And I wonder if I can somehow remove it from the mod list? Because it insanely boosted my spell damage I could one-shot everything even at lvl 9 at Adept difficulty. Any help in using xEdit or anything if required is appreciated. Thanks!
It's a great-seeming mod. I noticed something though. As soon as I installed it, LOOT-sorted it, and started playing, Skill-books stopped working altogether. Read a new (unread) book and... nothing. The books do not even show that they are skill books any longer. I've experimented with Console Commanding such books, and... nothing. Is there a patch?, a fix?
