In the "follower only 3.0" version there are two .esps, one called hanorthehammer.esp and one called hanorthehammer-followeronly.esp. Am I supposed to install both? If not which one is the correct .esp?
okay, so the "hanorthehammer.esp" has the follower + the house inside; the "follower-only.esp" comes without the house. choose one of them, you can delete the other one.

So just to confirm before I download it, the version with the other npc and house is the one you are referring to that works with ETAC, right? Not just the Follower only version?
EDIT- Tried it out and the version of ETAC that I have expands riverwood in the direction of hanor's farm and the buildings clip all together with the apothecary and other buildings from ETAC

A male follower, with his own story, nor ugly neither looking like a teenager ... that's so rare! Thank you very much, I'm looking forward to a new playtrough with him. Normally I don't mind voice acting (could do well without voice acting at all), but I like your voice.

I hope to see the "Expedition to Atmora" project grow, and I hope it gets as many supporters as possible. Mods like this are what will keep Skyrim an interesting game, for years still.
I might even join that forum when I have some free time. I would like to contribute with suggestions. One of the suggestions I would like to give right away would be making Atmora look as frozen as possible - I think it should resemble the Earth's Artic Pole. Glaciers, snow and ice everywhere, with very few trees, or even no trees. The Forgotten Vale of Dawnguard DLC is a perfect template for that, as it looks a desolate and abandoned place, and at the same time it's very beautiful. And really tall mountain ranges. I love tall mountains. It would be perfect for Frostfall users, who like to get punished by extreme cold
Ahh you would love Atmora then. Let me tell you a secret:
2 years ago, Atmora was started as "Eternal Frostfall" - it is an Frostfall survival mod for high level chars, as immersive and lore friendly as possible and still with every inhc of it hand-made in CK. I really think you would fall in love with it - after what you just write about your wishes. We go pretty much in that direction - and are 90% done. Indeed, we just do polishing and last fixes now. You are welcome ;-)

So it should work together.
However, i did not test yet myself, if it works with ETAC Riverwood.
As far as i know, ETAC´s Riverwood and "Hunters Cabin" are the only potential conflicts.

i tested.
there is one flaw: 3 trees are placed at the side of the walkway unimmersively ;-)
but you can simply go there ingame, open console (^) click the 3 trees
and write "disable" to delete these 3 naughty pieces of wood ;-)
BUT NO CONFLICTS, CRUSHES OR ANYTHING. it works i checked ;-)
