Please let me know if you run into any inconsistencies. Never done standalone armor before.

    Hello
I'm having a minor argonian issue,  circlet wise, I think its because the hair mod I'm using being BeastHHP hair horn mod, any circlets I craft can be equipped, just wont show in game  ?

Might just be me, but i'm using the UNP version of the armor and the hands are invisible (where the gloves should be) while a weapon is drawn in 1st person.

hey found the solution! copy firstperson mesh files from v1.2 and overwrite the v1.3 firstperson mesh files in data/meshes folder. this method is working for me.

How do I do this solution? I'm only used to NMM, don't know all the manual stuff.

Maybe it's just my never using Nexus before, but how do I get the files into my game..? I feel pathetic, not really having a clue how to do it...

Would you consider asking Psyke23 if you could add his textures to your mod and body shape? His is in CBBE and it deforms when I try it on my UNP character and it doesn't look very good. Hopefully you can work something out. It would give us 11 variants of the Triss Armor in UNP.

    Sincerely,
    BB1

Sorry, I have neither the time nor motivation to add more colours -- it's a lot of work under the hood the way I've got it set up.

    Hello Rusey
Love the sound and look of this mod, and agree,..
Could someone please explain to actually get the stats exchange thing working ?
So I started a new game to try this out, I use alternate start mod , and started and as a Elwood camping, so when I could I went to e riverwood, rand thru the first dungeon to get the claw and all the linen cloth as well, went to forge in riverwood, have craft a full dark set of the armor and trying to use fur armor from what I was p[previously wear to apply to the dark set I'm wearing now ..
    I know the description says
    CLOTH ARMOR
Plain cloth set is craftable (Tanning Rack)
Exchange unique armor piece for Relic Hunter piece with identical stats (Tanning Rack)
and the sample in the description says the forge,
But its not happening I've tried both the forge and rack with the vanilla fur armor stats, ?? did I miss reading something , or still not doing something right ?..
Is there something else I should in my inventory to get the exchange to show or what do I look for to see the exchange ? ..
I have leather strips , iron ingots, leather in my inventory ... I even made an iron chest piece to maybe use the stats from that but still not seeing it ?

Later Edit -- Ok when you mean "forge" it was obviously Sky Forge not a normal , I tried 3 different ones and none would let me till I tried the sky-forge in white run, then I could re craft the dark set with a vanilla basic leather set,...
I couldnt use the fur armor set I started with, but still and interesting system and unique too
Tracking Endorsed and kudo'd Thank you

Actually, the problem is simply that there's no fur conversion. :) See the list of available sets for the light armor variants.

The cloth variant is craftable at the tanning rack. The rest requires taking a piece of armor to the forge to "convert" if you will.

Any forge will work since he didn't specify.

Really love how this looks. I was wondering, how would you feel about this being on bethesda.net? I know you answered that question before when someone else asked, but I think that was 2 or 3 years ago and it was never uploaded. I know you’re most likely sick to death of being asked the same old question, but I’m wondering, are you still ok with it being ported to xbox or have you changed your mind and prefer to keep this on Nexus? If you wanted it to stay Nexus only, that’s understandable. I just thought people on bethnet would have loved these armors too.

To anyone who, like me, was having a problem with 1.3 of invisible armors:

Copy the Meshes and Textures from 1.2 on top of 1.3. This will give you the simplified crafting, and you'll no longer be a floating head. :-)

I've fixed it (some mistake with lighting effects on NifSkope settings) and uploaded a new file!

thanks! gloves in first person weren't visible. copying first person gloves meshes files from v1.2 fixed the issue.

Just came here to say that this mod really impressed me. Of course the armor is great, but the (as far as I know) original improvement system blew me away. My character is going to be able to start out in this armor, rise through the ranks of whichever sneaky guild she joins (oh who am I kidding, it will probably be both), then go back to using her old starting armor *with the stats of her new guild-leader armor*. That's fantastic from a roleplay perspective, not to mention a gameplay-balancing one. Really glad I found this.

That said, you might consider renaming the mod. (Does Nexus let you do that?) This mod offers *much* more than just recolours; it does something no other Triss armor (or as far as I can tell, no other armor, really) does: offer clothing and cloth versions of a great-looking armor with a unique upgrade system. The title gave me no hint of that.

    Thanks for this!
