This is a work in progress. I will update as I go. The working dungeon is kind of hidden and you will have to coc to get there. jbdhiddenpasslostdwemervault is the cell name.

To install, unless I've screwed it up, you simply have to load the esm into your skyrim data folder and make sure it is activated on the launch screen. I hope you like it.
