I have HDT heels and it won't even kick in. The feet stay underground unless I'm moving. HDT heels works for my other mods that require it.

It looks like it could be a fun mod to have, but the turn off for me downloading it is i need an arbitrary HighHeels HDT mod, its a pointless mod to have for males...and i'd rather not have a mod im literally not going to use ever.

any possible way you actually make them as just feet? The other digitigrade don't look as good as yours

    Hi.
Im really enjoying these boots .
i do get a thing i dont understand: when i put on the boots it starts an effect movup height by 24.00000 and something or rather. it makes my argonian rise of the ground for no reason i guess.. is it the highheals mod messing with me?
    thanks and again good job!

      i think i found it .
i set the specific deadric boots to not be high heels in the mcm menu. that put me back on the ground the correct way.

I have a curious issue where this effect does not seem to stay put! However, since literally no-one else in my game is using anything tagged as high-heels, I'm making use of the global offset option for npc's. It applies to the player too. The result on my end is that I am still the only one affected. Not the best solution if tailoring specific items to just-you works, but I'm putting this here in case anyone else is experiencing my situation.

Wildly fantastic! I've got a (unabashedly lorebreaking) boy-hagraven as my dragonborn and I'm surprised this even works on non-beast races. Even with the goofy application of tintmasks based on the character's skin, the feet just wind up blackish in places. Which is fine. He's like, 50% crow anyway.

I would not be averse to an alternative version with dark claws, though the horker tusk texture is a huge improvement over the glassy claws of old. It's a pity I can't get the CK to actually run or I'd mess about recoloring the assets myself.

    I send my thanks, dude.

So I finally managed to get around to using this mod after a few years and first off, AMAZING work. It looks and runs great. I do have a slight issue where if I reload a save while wearing these boots, my character actually gets displaced a couple inches downward. Going back to the main menu and reloading a save fixes it, so it's pretty minor. That said, I never have had this issue with my Khajiit character which uses your Khajiit Digitigrade Boots mod so I was confused when it occurred.

In lieu of my earlier comment on what armor you were using, I simply have to ask for what texture replacer/mod you're using as well for your images. I'm using vanilla textures and they obviously don't look nearly as nice. I took a look at the iron boots and they seem to have some sort of engraving and more metallic finish. The daedric boots in your screenshots also looked vastly more reflective to light as well. I'd love to know what you're using for them!

Try this my friend. Complete overhaul with high quality textures. Even medium settings are a world of difference.

I absolutely love these boots; would you be willing to give a tutorial to a newbie on how to add the raptor feet to armors? I'm wanting to make these for the Immersive armors and a couple others (Warglaives and Silver armor come to mind), but I don't want to hassle all you mod makers when I've got the time to practice (retired at the ripe old age of 33 lol, spinal fusion; fun stuff!). I've messed around with blender, bodyslide/outfitter and nifskope, but I'm still reading the documentation for those.

Sure. I use 3DS Max, but if you can use Blender well enough to get stuff in game you are already mostly there. The main trick to making the boots move correctly is simple. the lower half of the shin part of the boot is weighted to the calf bone. The foot part is weighted to the foot bone. I found applying the script for the height offset the most difficult. i can help with that. Send me a friend request on Steam. Then we can talk in real time.

      p.s.
Nightasy has amazing tutorials on youtube for making custom armors step by step. From getting the software to publishing the file. I highly recommend those.

Looking good, Perhaps you can get together with the people working on the Anticpated UBR mod, if you haven't already. they are on the armor conversion part of the mod.

      I don't know what a UBR is.
