I stronlgly advise to read the descriptions for the regarding mods, f.i. SeveNBase needs a modified skeleton (f.i. XPMS) and the Better Makeup-mod needs a modification to the SKSE.ini...  

Installation:
- First download the preset;
- Unzip the file to a folder of your choosing;
- Drag and drop (or copy/paste) the Lavena.jslot-file, the one you just unzipped, to: \Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets;
- Start your Skyrim and start a new game or, in-game, type showracemenu in the console(~);
- Choose Nord-race (standard) and change gender to female, but leave at slot 0;
- Go to the Preset-tab of Racemenu and Press F9 to choose preset;
- Choose the Lavena.jslot and confirm... done!

If you have done it all the way it's supposed to be done you should be ready. Enjoy!
