   How could i do this myself? I want rain and snow and fog to be reduced everywhere I go, not only in cities. And I dont want an even balance, I want about 1 day of rain, 20 - 50 sunny. Something like that

   Gawd! I wish you could make a similar patch to Climates of Tamriel so that it would not rain / snow all the time. I've looked everywhere to see if I could find a patch that would do that but to no avail. Also, CoT prevents comments on their Nexus mod page so there is no way to ask them to maybe make a patch to tone it down to something more realistic in terms of weather patterns and changes. Don't get me wrong, CoT is a great mod but it rains way too much for my taste.
   
   Oh well... I think your mod is a great idea!

      Nope. It's not any different as to how the vanilla weathers would affect performance.

   I'm guessing including the game setting fFastTravelSpeedMult (set to 0.75) in the combined ESP was unintentional?

    Glad you separated the mod into 2 files. Gonna try less fog out.
