Hey everyone. I've decided to leave the Skyrim modding scene. If anyone wants to take over one or all of my mods, please let me know by private message (I get email notified). Otherwise, all of my mods are distributed with full source code in the BSA file, so feel free to alter them as you wish.
Jaxonz Utilities is intended ONLY for people fighting the 255 ESP limit. If you don't want everything that is in Jaxonz Utilities, just install the individual mods instead. Please don't install Jaxonz Utilities and then complain that it includes something that you don't want.
Please use this thread only for comments and support regarding the top-level Jaxonz Utilities features.
WARNING: beware the Real Names utility! Jaxons explained on the mod's dedicated page a long time ago that follower mods don't appreciate the followers being renamed, so they tend to break as a result. Just don't enable it in the MCM and it should be fine.
Just to let everyone know, this mod is NOT COMPATIBLE with Amazing Follower Tweaks, Immersive Follower Tweaks or My Home is Your Home. For some reason one of the mods in this pack or just the way the pack is made, makes skse think a script is missing. It does not allow you to manage npc's with aft, and you are unable to talk to followers after setting their home.
I believe the reason why is due to the Renamer mod, I'm thinking Jaxonz put the optional patch to allow for the renaming of npc's, which he says in that mod that its incompatible with atf.
However, I downloaded Positioner, Base Renamer, Furnishings, and Named Saved individually, and those worked fine with the above mods.

These utilities are straight up incredible. 30 seconds to make my enchanted gear and rename it what I want. WHAAAT I forgot my * at the beginning to keep the items together AAAAAAARRRG!! Wait Jaxonz's Utilities to the rescue. Now I don't even bother with the rename during enchanting. AND smithing, why don't we get to name our gear? Well now its done. What about gear for my followers. Yep has their name on it. I never accidentally sell gear anymore.
Side note on other Uses That stray dog was my companion till it frizt out at the door of a dungeon with Lydia. Well when I met it again it had my given name so it was the same stray dog. Cusith the cutest pup in the game also glitched somewhere and I thought the game decided because I was cured of Vamp it would just take him. and moveto did not work nor Prid his id give me an error. So I just spawned another and shrunk him down via console setscale .7 and renamed him Cusith the cute. Well once again he reappeared but had Cusith. Some reason stick at my door of Heljarchen Hall
Well, probably not your mod. But the 10th Anniversary version of Skyrim seems to cause any key-rebindings to bork the game.
Choose to re-key something that is used and it goes into a cycle of questions.... have to force quit the game For a key that isn't used, it crashed even faster.
I would love to port this to Special Edition if anyone can help me learn SKSE and Papyrus.
I'm a professional programmer of 17 years, game dev, among many other things. I'm positive I can handle the job.
Right now though I don't have any experience with Papyrus or SKSE and so far my dealings with Papyrus have taught me that it's not a very well-made language. If someone can tutor me for a month or two, I can pick up the mod project from here.
And if anyone knows of a decent IDE option for Papyrus, that'd be great. The Creation Kit's editor is terrible.

I'm trying to chase down a CTD cause, but this is the only error I've found so far... Anyone know what's going on?
