hi first of all thank you for making all this and explaining. second Singrid (ikr )..i plan to make a fresh install for her..with your listed mods for Singrid atm she looks quite similar to your screenshot but not really and the body is different. i start fresh what body and what else do i need to make her look exactly like in screenshot (besides your listed mods for Singrid) ? thanks you will be a total goddess if you list the list
The body is UNP, that was the body I was using for my characters since Demon released it (or maybe UNPB, sometimes I switched between UNP and UNPB, ).
If I remember correctly, I listed all the mods I used for her face. The differences may be due to the lighting (ENBs, video card, etc). I dont remember the ENB I was using when I took those pictures but it could be one of the ENBs from Bronze or Kyokushinoyama or Phinix or the Synergy one. Those were the ENBs I remember using for Skyrim
you're fast i give you that so you're telling me , fresh install , i just install UNP and your listed mods and she will look exactly the same ?(plus atm her eyes lashes are weird..like i said i need fresh install i don't know what mods are active )

If I remember correctly, "The Eyes of Beauty" modifies the lashes and makes them look longer. I don't remember having installed any lashes mod (but I may be wrong, it was a long time ago )
Try reinstalling it again, and also try it with the same mods I was using for them:

If even then they look retarded, then maybe your Racemenu installation lacks some of the sliders?
In description says: Required mods - For the presets for vanilla races: * None
I installed this mod and It does not look like in screenshots. New presets for High Elves look even ugly then vanilla presets. I guess it still needs additional face mods?
Kess, "required mods" mean that whithout them this file won't work. That's why the vanilla races don't have any required mod. If you want them to look as in the pictures, take a look at the "Mods used in pictures" section

I literally uninstalled all mods that would interfere with this but i just seem to never get the result i want. It's kinda disappointing if you could give me any tips to help me out i would appreciate it.
If you are trying to use one of the RaceMenu prests then you should select the preset from inside Race Menu. Those are not the vanilla presets but a presets option added by the RaceMenu mod. Also install the mods I used for the selected face, they are listed in the description. If you are trying to get Sigrid's face, this is the list of mods (quoted from the description):

From your picture I'd say you don't have Ran's head mesh installed

If even then they look retarded, then maybe your Racemenu installation lacks some of the sliders?
