   Can you make it so you can plant your own plants(including expansion plants) and make the garden bigger?

   Glad I checked this out in TES5Edit before I decided to use it. Dirty edits, altered base objects, and broken navmeshes.
   
   It looks nice. Fix those problems with it and I think it's a good overhaul of the alchemists shack.

   This is one of those unheralded spots on the map that if made so much more could really add to the richness of the game. There is a collapsed burial mound in the swamps of Morthal that is similar.
