      I do not have that mod, but if it changes anything around the stone bridge especially on the northside of the bridge that's near Fort Greymoor, then no. Feel free to test it out yourself and let us know if there's an issue.

    thanks for the guide to sub titles (not the same as mini baron or tiny Marquis ) and this place looks great very well done do you plan some expansions like a farm or 2? but if you do please make them buildable. it makes it more immersive

    What exactly is the random encounter?

      Just a generic Skyrim world encounter. So far I've seen Thalmor prisoner caravans, M'aiq the Liar, Giants with painted cows so any encounter that can occur in Whiterun Hold has a chance of happening outside the gates.

    looks good but how/where do you turn on the voice on screen? closed caption?

      While in-game, hit ESC. Go to "Settings", then display. And check Dialogue Subtitles.

    As the very first downloader, I can say so for myself: Great town mod. Definitely going to endorse this once Nexus lets me.
