HOW TO INSTALL:
Copy the ".esp" and the "bsa." in Skyrim/Data Folder
Make sure the esp is set as active (you can verify it via-Skyrim Launcher).

HOW TO UNINSTALL:
Save your game in a different cell/worldspace (any cell/worldspace but not Solitude Worldspace)
Exit your game and delete the .esp and the .bsa

HOUSE LOCATION AND THINGS YOU MUST DO:
The house is located in Solitude, inside the Solitude Windmill. Near the marketplace you will find a gate with an hallway that leads to the docks or to upstairs. You must go upstairs.
When inside the house, please have a look to the various books (they act like an unique container). There you will find some guides that will explain you anything about the house and its features.
