The Rueful War Axe is a one-handend axe that is based on the vanilla two-handed Rueful axe (daedric artifact)
It's a lore-friendly weapon.
It has no enchantment so you can apply any enchantment you want.
Um, little note the axe is a bit big so you'll see some clipping through the body, just try to ignore that. There's also a one sided version available.

SMITHING and TEMPERING
You need to download the updated esp first.
You can smith it at the Skyforge under the misc category with 2 steel ingots, 2 leather strips and 1 daedra heart. You need the steel smithing perk.
Tempering requires 1 steel ingot.
The one sided version does not require the update esp.

INSTALLATION:
Drop into the Data folder
