It's not a Rueful Axe but a Rueful War Axe!
This mod adds a one-handed rueful axe.

- Permissions and credits
The Rueful War Axe is a one-handend axe that is based on the vanilla two-handed Rueful axe (daedric artifact)
It has no enchantment so you can apply any enchantment you want.
SMITHING and TEMPERING
You can smith it under the steel category with 2 steel ingots, 2 leather strips and 1 daedra heart. You need the steel smithing perk.
Tempering requires 1 steel ingot.
INSTALLATION:
Drop into the Data folder or use a mod manager.
UNINSTALLATION:
Delete the esp and the files found in data\meshes\weapons\ruefulaxe\ -anything with "war axe" in it-
Fell free to upload any images of this weapon.
