Changelog:
((Item/Spell))
-Changed all Master Level Destruction spells to allow dual casting and turned on ignore resistance for blizzard (it bugged its damage)
-Changed Dragonhide spell to normal armor spell. It provides +150 armor for 60 seconds
-Changed Spell length of Shadow warrior to 4 seconds
-Changed Shadow warrior to to be spellabsorb unaffected
-Changed Morokei's armor type to None and removed light armor effect
-Restored Morokei's original Moonstone mask enchantment
-Reduced ward's cost by 50%
-Reduced dual casting cost from 2.8 to 2.0 so you actually benefit from using it
((Bromjunaar))
-Created Conjure Dragon Priest Spell Tome reward for finishing Bromjunaar, placed in locked chest
-Created a key for the chest that falls from the bust once all masks are placed in it
((Horses))
-Changed Arvak's speed to 160
-Changed Arvak's stamina offset to 30k (virtually unlimited)
-Changed Arvak to be invulnerable since hes undead
-Changed Shadowmere's speed to 130
-changed Shadowmere's stamina offset to 300
-changed Shadowmere's health offset to 750 to match update.esm
((Mage Armor Perk Changes))
-Mage Armor now multiplies the duration and magnitude of all armor spells* now
-Each rank of Mage Armor provides a passive +50 armor* (6% damage mitigation), up to +150 at rank 3
*(note=This disappears immediately if you wear any piece of light or heavy armor)
1.0 Changes:
-Fixed a few odd off records and values to be identical to USKP.
2.0 Changes:
-Make all master level spells 1 second cast time except conjuration; and lightning storm set to 0 cast time because of natural wind-up
-Make all master level spells dual-cast enabled except conjuration
-Make Dead thrall spell work on enemies up to level 99
-Changed firestorm to ignore LOS to be a more useful spell worth casting now
-Changed Shadowmere/Arvak ai to Unaggressive, Cowardly, and Helps Nobody to be less annoying in combat
