- When players stat reaches to specified threshold, the full amount of lost stat is recovered. I have added 3 new options to change this "full" amount to a lower value. This feature will allow player to manage how much stat they want to recover which will eventually save the number of items consumed.
Example : Players HP reaches to 65% = 35% of lost HP. 100% of this lost HP will be recovered by default. These new options will allow you to change this 100% to anything between 5%-100%.

- Modified the lowest available threshold percentage from 15% to 5%.

This reduces the iterations required to scan the potions by 80 and reduces the look-up time.
In simple words, performance tweaks !
- Added an option to delay the next consumption of food/potions. This delay is individually applied to health/stamina/magicka restoring items.
