Weapon and Armor Smithing v. 1.0.1 by Kragarth

Available at the Skyrim Nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51304/?

DESCRIPTION
==================

Weapon and Armor Smithing is a mod for version 1.9.0.32 of Skyrim. It modifies the smithing skill perk tree to divide the skill between weapons and armor instead of the base game's division between light and heavy armor. It is designed to create a smoother gear progression by eliminating large spikes in gear quality upon learning a new perk.

*** Changes in Vanilla Version ***

The smithing tree was divided into weapon (left side) and armor (right side) branches. Recipes are reassigned based on the quality/value of the item crafted, not the material used. Perk order is Apprentice --> Journeyman --> Adept --> Master --> Grandmaster.

Improvement bonuses are changed to 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% but apply to all weapons/armor regardless of material.

Some weapon/armor recipes have additional level requirements so no sets will be skipped in the progression.

***Additional Changes in Vanilla Imrpoved***

Studded, Leather and Banded Iron recipes require either a minimum level or steel smithing. Jewely recipes have level requirements to create a progression for jewelers. Smithing tree redesigned to look more like an anvil.

***Additional Changes in Improved with Menu***
