      Both the inside of the house and the areas leading up to it are navmeshed.
      
      Inside was just a quick Havok-based navmesh (I made sure there were no problems), and I fixed up the outside and navmeshed the bridge manually.

   Even with my screen which is calibrated to be slightly brighter, those outdoor pictures are super dark. Maybe consider uploading some from during the day? Awfully hard to tell anything about your mod!
