Hello and thanks for a well made mod. I am currently using the tower portion and it has to be one of the most thought out mods I have ever used. In one of the post below you mentioned the tower requires no keys and that is true to a point but in the storage room there is a small safe box at the top left that requires a special key to open...I have searched high and low but I cant find it...can you help me please?

I have a question. You have an awesome library. Being a book collector, is there a chance the doors can be taken off all the bookcases, and just have open bookshelves?? A lot of people, including myself, love to see their books that they gathered on the shelves and not behind some doors. Hope that made sense, and this is meant as a suggestion.

The place looks awesome, and you have done a lot of work on it, which I am thankful for, along with the time and effort it took to make this wonderful estate.

Thank you for your comments; I appreciate the time you've taken to make them. I'm very glad you've enjoyed the mod.

Also, I apologize for taking so long to respond, but I have been deployed (I work for the US Navy).

As to the library, the bookshelves are Skyrim designed, so other than changing to a different style of bookshelf I'm pretty much stuck with the door. The reason I chose those particular bookshelves was because they essentially act as a chest, which is to say, there are no limitations (that I've been able to find) as to the number of books you can put into them. All the open bookshelves have definitive limits (which are reasonable and realistic). In my case, as I'm a pack-rat, I want to put /all/ my books into the case, and never give them up, so I chose to use the "enclosed" cases, because of the no-limit.

Again, I thank you for your comments. I appreciate you having taken them time to comment here.

Nice mod! And good job so far!...

There's a few things maybe I'm not understanding.... #1 is the Estate for sale? I've talked with both dudes, and they only sale stuff like general items....
#2 is it safe to store items in all areas? some chests and stuff say for market or whatnot. so not sure if that's safe storage.

And for anyone using Riverside Lodge player home, the tower is located right in its backyard! but it doesn't mess the house up or anything, the walkway from the tower looks as though it smashes right into the Riverside Lodge player home but it actually doesn't look to bad and almost fits in.

Hello and thanx for the comments. To hit your questions:

      1) No. I've been meaning to finish the quest for more than a year, but life has been busy, so it's not done yet. So really, the estate is "For Theft", which is to say, free for the taking and use, and the brothers Bengali won't mind. I do intend to finish the quest, but I don't know when.

      2) I use this mod myself, so while it's evolved quite a lot over time, all of the chests inside are safe for storage. I haven't run into any unsafe chests within the mod. All the chests in the storage room and Tower storage room are "itemized" to keep things organized. In the latter revs, the sorting buttons move items from the player inventory into the appropriate chest.

As to the Riverside Lodge, I haven't heard about that one. I'm glad it doesn't appear to conflict, which is good. I will likely spin the Tower off into it's own mod, as it was fun to build, but it's very doubtful players would use both the Storage Room, and the Tower, so... personally, I still like the Storage Room, as it has the display room right there, so everything's all in one place.

      Thanx again for the comments.

I talk to benhgali guy in soultude and he won't give any dialog options except buying his wares. I can't buy the estate of him and the quest won't progress. what am I doing wrong?

Hello and thanx for the post. You're not doing anything wrong. I didn't spell it out in the description, other than in the version history. The quest to actually buy the estate is not complete. So what I've done in the interim is put a small strongbox by both doors in Riverwood so the mod users can still gain access. In the case of the tower, it's a leap right in and claim your territory; no keys required. I still intend to finish the quest, but life has been busy, so...

I am total Americanized, born-n-raised, but my heritage is from central India, so I have studied a lot about the area due to my love for big cats in general, and tigers, leopards, and cougars specifically. When I'm not playing in the Canoe Club (aka US Navy) I'm working with my two boys, a cougar and a leopard. I became namesake to the first tiger (Bengal) I ever worked with, hands-on, back in the 80's, named "Kenti Bengali". As to the name's origins, it is absolutely Bangladeshi, not only the language spoken around the Bay of Bengal, but the fact he was a Bengal, which even today still roam the jungles and wilds of Bangladesh. In my own travels, I have only been to Bangladesh once, while traveling with the US Navy, and it was a wonderful experience, though very short.

When you add the DLC version, can you make it adoption-friendly please? (6 child beds, for TM Phoenix's adoptions mod)

Will be tracking, but looks awesome - I love how well-lit it is in the pics

I haven't yet delved into all the scripting for adoptions, or how to make the estate or Tower livable to a spouse or children. I see a few mods out there which have incorporated such features, so there /has/ to be a way.

In any case, I will definitely put this onto the "research for inclusion list", as it's a great idea. Thank you for the input; most appreciated.

It looks nice, but where is it located? (Tamriel, cell ID 00009BBB, “Wilderness” -9,-16 tells me nothing).

The main manor entrance is over by Lake Llinalta, about SE of Half-Moon Mill, and almost directly south of The Lady Stone. This wasn't entirely by design, as i needed a place which could accommodate the rather sprawling original interior design, which ultimately never happened, as I didn't want to dramatically alter the landscape, so in the end, it became more of a "Jarl's Longhouse" in external world view. The silliness continues more, as the other two entrances are in Riverwood, so given geography, neither make any sence given the location of the main estate house. For the other entrances, the Armory trap door is literally just inside the gate you use to enter Riverwood the very first time. Go through the gate, and turn a hard right, and you'll see it against the wall. The Storage Room (the crowning achievement to the mod) is under the ledge at the end of that same wall, on the other side of the stairs and over the fence. Keys are in pickable stongboxes by both the Armory and Storage Room trap-doors.
