Bengali Clan Estate v3.1a no DLC required (main mod)

This is v3.2a of the main mod, which is the main estate, the Storage Room, and the Tower. The "main quest" remains unfinished, so you can't actually "buy" the estate yet. You can just move right in and use it with no penalties or dangers.

Kenti's Storage Room v3.1 no DLC required (taken from main mod)

This is v3.2 of the Storage Room, which is essentially the Storage Room by itself, with the rest of the main mod removed. It is the same as the Storage Room of the main mod, and in the same location. This mod CANNOT be used together with the main.

This is a repost of the two "Khajiit Mod" files packaged within the Estate and Storage Room mods. See tha description for what they do.

This is the Tower portion of the main mod with everything else removed. I have not tested this mod, so if anyone wants to test it and has problems, let me know and I'll fix them.

This is the unpacked version of the BSA for those who prefer to only use .esp files; these can be used for all versions from v2.8 to v3.2a, and for the Estate or just the Storage Room. To use, unzip and copy the folders into the /skyrim/data folder.
