Hello Cuteunit, you might want to fix the meshes for your weapon, because I opened it in Nifskope to take a look at it outside the game and the texture for the aura around the blade doesn't show properly and neither do the skull textures or the textures for the bodies of the angels for that matter. Also the chains that are supposed to hold the skulls are all askew. one is a little too big, not attached properly and off to one side, also can only be seen from the left side of the blade. the other chain is just massive, sticking out from the pommel about a foot and can only be seen from the right side of the blade if your looking down at it. also the chain textures don't show properly out the gate either. not trying to be rude, just giving you a friendly heads up!
Spphy thanks for the information. Cuteunit You must do it standalone, raise its critical damage like 200x and put a powerful enchantment. This will turn the sword into a unique (Slightly OP and evil) artifact.

found conflict with a dual wielding 2 handed weapons mod.
You could also just console your weapon skill up and blacksmithing and play on novice difficulty. Same results.
