EOL's Weight Overhaul Mod

Simply add into your Skyrim/Data folder.

Key features;

*All item weights modified to pounds (lbs) and changed to realistic levels
*All race default carrying limits and starting stats modified to realistic levels
*Weapon offence recalculated using mass and swing speed
*Armour defence modified to reflect resilience of materials
*Armour classification (light/heavy) changed where necessary
*Weapon swing speeds modified to reflect new weights
*Gold coins now have weight
*Dawnguard weapons are now Silver
*Circlets are now wearable with hoods
*Cultist & Dunmer robes disenchanted
*Most legendary items can be disenchanted
*Pickaxes are now 2-handed
*Item recipes adjusted to fit new item weights, materials and appearance
(NB: Dragonbone recipes are based on the number of bones needed of a particular shape, rather than weight requirements.
e.g. a Dragonbone requires 2 [rib] bones.)


Material conversions

Corundum = Chromium
Dwarven = Brass
Ebony = Obsidian
Moonstone = Aluminium
Orichalcum = Bronze
Quicksilver = Mercury
Daedric = High Carbon Steel
Dragonbone = Ivory
Stahlrim = Diamond

NB: You'll need to start a new game for the stat changes to take effect, or try using the console commands to change race and back.
