Player home is awesome but. it seems to break a few main line quests, namely elder scroll (dragon) quest. Do the main quests before installing if you intend to use this player home.
huh... that's kinda funny since this mod makes absolutely no changes to ANY vanilla records whatsoever other than the incidental edits made by placing objects in the worldspace. Other than a few records that should be cleaned in xEdit, there is nothing wrong mechanically with this mod.... Oh wait that's right I forgot every mod breaks your main quests somehow lol... Ignore this guy folks, he did the same thing on my page
Love the home, strange location but its all good. Although I must ask is there a way for that children can live/ adopt here and that if the home requires keys then why can hired thugs come in to try and kill me while I try to sleep?? Any fixes or suggestions?
Did you read the description where it tells you how to find the key? Here's the relevant text: The key (as well as a journal with more backstory) is found on Kopis the Blade's dead body. To get to his body, you'll have to make your way up to Bard's Leap Summit (which usually means killing some Forsworn), then go south of it to the structure with the hagravens and the Word of Power wall. Kopis' body is to the left of the altar (I've included images to help you find him). I'd recommend reading his journal to find out how Wingspread (and his body) came to be there--it's not long.
Mod itself seems nice - but the location is so wrong... There is the totally different craddle tower directly at the side, and the two famous places, Bards Leap and Lost Valley Redoubt, latter crowded by enimies, and the Forsworn would never allow the Abode there. Moreover: Both places are giving the landscape a special character and special feeling and that is now disturbed by the placement of an totally different large building. Pity. The abode itself matches to the Reach and there are loations where it could be stand alone as it deserves. Just in my opinion of course.
I did try to address this a little bit in the backstory, which was included in the previous owner's journal (on his body). He built this mansion before the Forsworn moved in to the ruins. But of course not everyone will like the spot--or every aspect of any mod, for that matter.
This is officially my favorite home. I'd love to collaborate with you to tweak it....but I love it. Are you still doing anything with this mod? I can't believe it hasn't gotten more love on Nexus. Thanks so much for making such a great home.
Sorry, didn't see your posting until today. I haven't done any more work on this house lately, but if you've got some ideas for improving it, I'd love to hear them. I've been toying with starting on a much bigger project, maybe an entire new island or other area with a larger compound, etc. But first I need to come up with an original idea/story to go with that.
Actually had some time this morning, and since it didn't take much, I manage to whip it together. It still uses two scripts, one for the mini ballista and one for the special dragon mask altar. If you decide to use this instead, make sure to uninstall the other one first! You can delete the scripts that start with NC1 in your Data/Scripts folder (NMM often {or never?} won't remove scripts when you uninstall mods), but leave the two that start with NC02.
Let me know if for any reason it doesn't work, since I didn't bother to test it in-game.
My second house mod, complete with a walled "compound" area. Hopefully this is in a location that doesn't conflict with many, if any, other mods. Just have to kill some hagravens to get to it...

One request,Could you edit a version without auto-storage? My mods are too many so i dont want my list too many mods and i am a hand storgae player.

Interior looks elegant, unique exterior.
Auto Storage is also kind design.
Nice work, and thank you!
