Yeah, it sounds fine that this is only an esp. This doesn't add any new textures or models, just mainly new npcs and edits to some cells. All the edits and additions this mod does are the kinds of things that can be done with just an esp.

For the first one, the PlayerVampireQuest script (Non-Dawnguard version) has the syntax within the script. Of course, you still need to make a property for it and all.

found a missing wall in the jail, would populated jails or this mod be the cause?
Also I found ladders in most town mods don't work is there a mod for that?

Kinado 1 kudos 166 posts that missing wall in riftens jail is a vanilla bug believe it or not. I haven t tested this mod yet but can already tell you its not the cause for that bug, neither is populated jails. Truth is Skyrim has an abundance of bugs that Bethesda didn't care to fix

Can you make an option where those holds don't obtain torture chambers? I feel like... that doesn't really seem the Nord way. The imperials and the Thalmor, but not the Nords. They'll just kill ya.
Does it take time for them to spawn? I made a new game and immediately went into the Dragonsreach dungeon to take a look for prisoners, but it was completely empty.
