First, under [Camera] find SAME lines as in my tweaks then change THEIR values. Or, if you copy/paste them from my .txt file then REMOVE the ones in your original Skyrim.ini first (and you don't need to copy "[Camera]" along with the lines). Of course, if there is no [Camera] in your Skyrim.ini (use "Search" if you doubt), then just copy/paste lines from my text file (including "[Camera]") somewhere to the bottom.
Second, if you made any mistake or just lost or ruined original Skyrim.ini then simply delete the file and run Skyrim Launcher. Click "Options" and program should create new Skyrim.ini along with original values.
@Praamzhius I never will use the Immersive HUD - iHUD mod again, i used it one time and every hud was twinkling, i uninstalled the mod and the hud still was twinkling, then i deleted the saves and started new game but the issue was still there, so i reinstalled the game, the hud has been fixed and never used that mod again, i don't recommend it after what happened to the game!

Edit: I know you should sheathe and unsheathe but it doesn't work. It did work once and only once for a minute, but since then nothing.

by the way... I enjoyed the combat camera. Gives me more feel to it :3
HOWEVER I DISLIKED THE OUT-OF-COMBAT CAMERA! So I deleted all the camera lines without the word combat.
VERDICT: THIS IS A MUST GET MOD! (i mean tweak.)
