      I had the exact same problem. Had to use console to find and add the powers.

   My "Absorb Magicka" buff spell is coming up as "Absorb Health", is anyone else experiencing this error?

   Very nice, I belive i have seen spells like this before in the game. I can only remember the name of 1. It was a spell called leech life, You could cast it on an unenchanted weapon and it would give you life steal for like 180 secs.
   
   I have been looking for these type of spells. to make a melee/magic figther.
