In OCD-like fashion, scrolled through the entire list of exterior cells. Fairly sure I got all crops I want to now.

Did crops around several inns I missed.
Set ownership for several food barrels and sacks outside inns/farms.

Nirnroots at Sarethi Farm are owned by Sarethi Farmhouse Faction.

The snowberries on Brandymug or whatever Farm (next to Hlaalu Farm outside of Windhelm) are now owned by Brandymug or whatever Farm Faction. (Usually snowberries grow in the wild, but they were clearly being cultivated as a crop on this farm.)
Also set ownership for the farm's food barrels.
Undid changes to the garden outside the player home in Riften, since that garden goes with the home. I deleted the changes with TES5Edit, so there shouldn't be any dirty edits.
