I am expanding slightly to incorporate some more unique racial attributes:
Argonian - 3 hp regen, works in combat, 3 magicka regen, 5 stamina regen
Breton - 1 hp regen, works in combat, 4 magicka regen, 5 stamina regen - Breton's Gift
Dark Elf - 1 hp regen, 5 magicka regen, stamina regen - curse of flames spell
Nord - 2 hp regen, 3 magicka, 5 stamina regen - + 15% physical damage resistance
High Elf - 1 hp regen, 7 magicka regen, 5 stamina regen - maelstrom spell
Imperial - 3 hp regen, 4 magicka regen, 4 stamina regen
Khajiit - 1.5 hp regen, works in combat, 3 magicka regen, 7 stamina regen
Orc - 3 hp regen, 3 magicka regen, 8 stamina regen 30% reduction in physical damage, 15% weakness to magic
Redguard - 3 hp regen, 3 magicka regen, 7 stamina regen
Wood Elf - 1.5 hp regen, works in combat, 5 magicka regen, 5 stamina regen - Elven Trick Trap*
Vampire of any race: 7 hp regen, works in combat, 7 magicka regen, 7 stamina regen*
*Orc vampires have 9 stamina regen.
*Elven Trick trap is a magical rune that let's out a noxious hallucinogen that causes an aoe fear in enemies.
*Breton' Gift is a powerful heal over time spell.
New spell for all races: Curse of Flames and Flaming Ruin!
