I will be adding a separate non-replacer version of Illia named "Mistress Illiana" for those that just want to have her as a stable companion and wife. She will be spawning in a new location and is only similar in appearance to Illia. I know the bugs with Illia can be a pain in the butt so I am hoping people will find Illiana more conducive to a better experience while retaining her Gothic appearance and improving upon her mechanics. I should have her done this weekend some time and will be uploading a that mod on it's own page.
I like this NPC and already used her often as a follower after her mother's death, just did not enjoy the dye around her eyes, and with her mod further increased.
How did I never see any of your mods before? I really like the look you've given to the replacers. I've been looking through all of the replacer mods to fix the fugly faces in Skyrim, and I came across your files.
hello Illia has a fantastic look is very powerful but I had a problem with her outfit. I use as a mod follower EEF whenever i dismiss Illia she loses her armor. I have other followers who have given new armor and when i dismiss them they do not lose the 'armor any idea?
I'm having trouble with Illia's clothing equipment feature. She always wears her default Blue Mage robes, even when I give her light armor. The only way to make her wear anything else is to remove the default outfit - which is fine when using follower mods, but in vanilla she eventually goes naked and treats her original Blue Mage robes as additional clothing that she eventually ignores as well. I tried activating the BAT follower to no success. Any idea on how I can resolve this issue?
Strange, now if this was a common occurrence then I would say it my mod but so far you are the lone user with this problem. That being said it is hard to pin down what Illia might do. Bethesda has never fixed her and I doubt they ever will. Illia is like a Jaguar E-Type, beautiful to look at but a nightmare to work on.
It could be some strange issue with UFO. I recently had some trouble where UFO changed the script of my Blades followers' armors back to their original defaults, so it could be related.
It does say on the wikia that she's a bugged character, and besides her relationship stats resetting when you dismiss her, her equipment also resets overtime (gradually item-by-item, from my experience).
Is there actually someone who HASN'T experienced this problem? It IS a common ocorrence.

There is the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, which only fixes the bug that resets her relationship rank. I'd say it's some code that maxes it everytime you go talk to her (cause you see the 'follow me' option showing up after a brief delay). But doesn't fix her inventory resetting, you can avoid that IF you make her wait/relax with UFO, otherwise when she's dismissed, her armor will gradually disappear (weapons don't disappear, from my experience) and the default robe will be automatically placed on her.
I'm yet to kill her (and resurrect back after a day) cause I had the "awesome" idea of making her my steward on Lakeview, this mod would be pretty awesome if it wasn't modding a BROKEN thing to begin with. She ALWAYS dresses back those default boring robes if you give her something, and you lose anything expensive/rare in the process that you might have given her, if any.
I will look at porting her through the CK soon and see if I can in some way try and fix her. Wish me lots of luck please! Check later this weekend say Sunday and see if I have updated her. I just recently started playing in the CK a little more and so keep your fingers crossed!
In my version when I walked into darklight tower she wasn't wearing anything not even the robes, she had nothing in her inventory except for iron dagger, closet key and a few healing potions. I plan on giving her armour but it would be good if she didn't wander around the house in her underwear while at home. I did endorse this though. The gothic look adds to the character. I'm planning on using either the Dethmold's mage robes or the Warhammer dark elf sorceress robes (depends on which is better. Both are nice mods from elsewhere on Nexus).
