Seeing that I have just released version 1.2, I feel it is only right that I try out this new "article" business so I can explain what exactly LIAT - Lively Inns And Taverns is and does.

For me, I think the inns and taverns found throughout Skyrim are rather dull and depressing affairs. So, armed with my Creation Kit noobiness and the will to make stuff better, I set about making this mod.
