There are now 23 locations with interconnected storage. This includes a total of 18 well-equipped outposts.
Every outpost has a map marker. The other access points are shown in the screenshots. To reach the Whiterun outpost, hop off the Dragonsreach steps to the rocks. The aerial shot of Winterhold also marks locations added by Waxing Winterhold.
There are torches in the chest. Place them in the empty sconces for more light. For less ruddy looking outposts, I use CleverCharff's Orc Strongholds LE.
I love having this, often looking forward to hitting the nearest outpost.
