Turns out making custom weathers for ENB is very.....very tedious but I have created quite a few so far and they compliment the preset & vanilla weathers very well. You'd be surprised at just how many strange sky gradients and fog conflicts occur with vanilla weathers alone (I'm looking at you Overcast_Rain). I'll never be able to release a preset for Skyrim without them again.
Anyhow, once you've learned how and make a few, you feel a lot like the first time you slayed a frost troll.
