Khornate and Qazaaq's "Let the People Drink" is an oblivion mod that places a huge aquaduct in the Imperial City Isle landscape and many litle fountains in the City itself. There is a little quest to make it all work and in this vid I'm showing most of it, left some things for you to explore though :)
