    I really like being able to use this enchantment but is there a way to change the values? There's a post below mine with advice on that but it doesn't do a thing for me when I try to enter those values in the console command. If anything, I would like the regenerate spell to be weaker... As it is, I'm now close to Wolverine levels of self-healing with just one enchanted item and I have to be surrounded by a horde of monsters or get hit with a massive spell before my life indicator moves noticeably. Takes a chunk of the urgency of combat away from the game, you know?

      Ummm you have to enter the values in the construction set not in the console command.

    thanks for the mod, i wast able to figure out how to enable the restore healt enchantment in the enchantment table

    The balance issue is easy to solve just enter in gameplay and change the numeric value of fMagicCEEnchantMagOffset * from 0.0000 to 5.0000 and
    the constant effect echantment factor of REHE Restore Health to 0.2000

    I made it and the rest of enchantments values are normal and i can make a constant effect of restore 15 healt point with a grand soul gem
    well...that worked for me, so far i haven't encountered any bug

    Perfectly good mod ruined by pointless meddling with balance issues by the author. Shame on you.

    I like this....However, can you tell me how to remove the offset problem you made? I usually like balance myself, but I want something more powerful

    Any chance you could make this spell have the 'on strike' ability as well? Would be very interesting, and much appreciated.

    hi i like the idea of this mod. but here is the thing, i like to play as a vampire but sun damage kills me. restoring health helps but only 5 points per second isn't enough. the solution is simple 2 items, but i would like to have only one item with this enchantment can you make it possible to enchant item to restore health for 8 points per second? that would be awesome, and i would be very thankful.

    I used the restore health enchantment in the Arena and I ended up getting accused of murder even when the opponents attacked first!

    I like this...I had a constant effect restore health amulet in morrowind...also constant effect levitate....but the constant effect enchantments in morrowind usually werent attainable till higher levels. Getting a constant effect water breathing amulet at lvl 3 (Oblivion) kind of makes the water breathing potions useless. In daggerfall I had a constant effect turn undead item...i forgot been an long time. I do miss the class limitations like in Arena, where if you werent a spell casting class you werent given any magicka...Knight..Rouge. I played through Arena, the first ES game. As simple as the graphics were, it was more chanllenging than OB in alot of ways. Thanks for the mod. I think Bethesda has sacrificed game immesity and self discovery for awesome graphics.     Yes, it will change the all enchantment spell values and gold values for newly created enchantments while this is active.

    thanks! i miss being able to create a ring of immortality (Restore health 25 points per second).
