DESCRIPTION

The Blue Road Retreat is a house that the player may use to his/her satisfaction. This house is a small, comfortable house for relaxing. This is not a huge house with 371284 rooms, it has 2 rooms. Good for the horse riding, mage/archer character. It has:

- Display cases throughout the house

- An alchemy room with an Alchemy worktable (static alchemy equipment)

- Stable and large yard, Fully gated and walled off

- All containers can be trusted to actually "contain" your items and belongings (except for the "food" cabinet)

-A garden in the Magic Chamber, and in the Yard

-And much more for you to discover!

Just like any other mod, Drop the .esp into the data files of
.../Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion/data
