If the plant isn't there: Staight Across - on the shore - walk Right a bit and then another bit walk right. There's the pole on a little rock.

The book is located in weye in a house on a window The fishing pole itself is on a small (not big like the book says) rock locate just behind the house you find the book in across the coast line
Some people say they cant fish and/or haveing problems on how to stop fishing, simple really. Fishing: I have alive ocean mod too so i just look for those fish, it still works, disable running with the pole withdrawn near water, hold down shift and relise (depening on held time depens on how far you bait goes) Some people are haveing the twitching fish problem, for that just pull back bate and dive in then go on land agen and try agen it should work view README for fishing instructions
Deactivateing fishing mode, simply turn your camera away from where you casted your bate and press F (or draw/shethe) you should put the pole away and then activate run, problem solved
Now here's where i cant help you, its really hard to find fish, most wich i see/catch are tiny but i haven't found any bigones like in the images :[
If you know where to find some nice catch please inform me.
i have a big problem. none of the fish can swim up to the bait they just twitch around and try to swim to me. all of the fish even the sloughter fish and mud crabs do the same. nothing i do fixes it. also when the bait hits the water around a group of fish none of them even pay any attention to it. is there anyway to fix this?(Note). i have tryed going into the water and back out then recasting, still dosent work.

The book is in the house across the café in Wyre.
If you walk inside the house straight across on a Window. Near the fish costume.

Standing with your back to the house Right.
