This adjustment looks very welcome. but the screenies are in German - does that mean the esp is only for the German version? It might be helpful to put the esp and your brief description in a readme together in a zip file. I look forward to using it, if it can be used in the English version.
@lordsoulstrike: sorry, thats not correct. i lowered the cost of the magicka/mana for the paralysis-effect to about 30% of the original value, so that you can combine this enchantment, i.e. paralysis 1sec with for example 20 fire damage and 2 sec soultrap, all on the same blade. it has nothing to do with the recharging rate, that depends on the size of the soul you are using for enchanting.
The actual cost to use the paralize has been reduced so that you can use your enchanted blade ect more before you have to recharge it. As in instead of only getting 100 charges you get 200 charges or something along those lines.
